Done It Myself is a one-man shop. I walk the job, write the quote, frame it, finish it, and I'm there every day until it's done.

What I build

New builds from the footings up, and changes to what you've already got. If it's structural, I frame it and see it through to trim.

New homes
Custom homes from foundation to final trim. Your plans, or I can hook you up with a designer I trust.
Additions
Bedrooms, second stories, sunrooms. Tied into your existing roof and structure so they look like they were always there.
Garages and shops
Detached garages, workshops, backyard cottages. Slab, framing, roofing, doors. The whole thing.
Decks and porches
Pressure-treated, cedar, or composite. Footings sized for the load and permitted.
Remodels
Kitchens, baths, basements. Including opening up walls with a beam that's actually sized right.
Framing only
For owner-builders and other contractors who need the structure up plumb, square, and on schedule.

Call a big company, you get a salesperson, then a project manager, then some crew you never met. Call me, you get the guy holding the saw.

Fewer handoffs, fewer things get lost. You ask for an outlet moved on Tuesday, I'm the one who heard it, so it gets moved.

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC go to licensed guys I've worked with for years. I'm there when they're there.

Walkthrough
We go room by room with a punch list. Every item gets done before the final invoice goes out.
